1. How to request deletion
To delete your LendScore account and all associated data, send an email to our support team:
Subject: Delete Account
Body: please include your registered email address or user ID so we can verify and locate your account.
For your security, we may contact you to confirm the request before processing it.
2. What happens when your account is deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials are permanently removed.
- Your KYC information (age, occupation, education level, income, number of credit cards, existing loan amount, monthly repayment amount) is deleted.
- Your credit score history, analysis results and action plans are deleted.
- Any app preferences and settings linked to your account are removed.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use LendScore again, you will need to create a new account and complete a new assessment.
3. Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully deleted.
4. Data we may retain
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we may retain certain records for a limited period where required — for example, records necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention. Such retained data is stored securely, used only for those purposes, and permanently deleted once the retention period ends.
